Mossgrove bookings

Class booking for a group of climbing gyms. I simplified the weekly schedule, cut booking to three taps, and rebuilt the web app front end.

The problem

Members booked classes through a long form, and popular sessions filled up while cancelled spots sat empty.

What I changed

I turned the schedule itself into the booking tool. Tapping a class shows its spots, and booking takes three taps from there.

Waitlists

When someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist gets the spot and a notification, with no staff involvement.

What I learned. Members already checked the schedule every morning, so it made sense for the schedule to be the booking tool too.

What happened

Classes ran fuller, and front-desk staff spent less time on the phone moving people between sessions.
